Hosts of this event the paralympiam Ellie Simmonds MBE and ex-Tottenham captain Ledley King were in awe of the leadership skills of our students who ran this primary school event.
The PE department organised the visit with the aim of the day to bring to life the newly released books through sport and engage our community in reading for pleasure.
Our students were professional on and off the pitch and also took time to have a premier league press conference. Amina currently volunteers in the community as part of the libary services to engage young readers so was an invaluable asset on the day. Well done to all involved.
