Vacancies at Bishop Stopford’s School

Due to ongoing improvements in the school and an increase in student numbers, we have a number of job opportunities available for 2022.

We are a Voluntary Aided Church of England School in Enfield, North London within easy access of the M25.  The School operates a pastoral House System and has a strong Christian ethos which you would also be expected to support. An exciting opportunity has arisen at Bishop Stopford’s School for a peripatetic guitar teacher who is proficient in acoustic guitar, electric guitar and bass guitar. We are looking to appoint on a relief contract a well-qualified, experienced, committed, motivated, organised and enthusiastic colleague to deliver instrumental music lessons to individual students and small groups within school.

Apprentice Marketing, Social Media and Administration Assistant

Grade: Salary negotiable, dependent on experience.

Hour/Weeks: 36 hours per week, 38 week a year

Bishop Stopford’s Church of England School in Enfield, is seeking to appoint a Marketing, Social Media and Admin Assistant to support the development of the school’s marketing function and assist the implementation of the school’s marketing strategy across a range of areas, i.e. the production of event material including promotional material and signage. Supporting with events, website, social media and administration support to the pastoral team.

ICT TECHNICIAN

Grade:                         Scale 5, actual salary: 27,807 – 30,195

Hour/Weeks:              36 hours, 52 weeks per year (8.00am – 4.00pm)

Bishop Stopford’s Church of England School is seeking to appoint an ICT Technician; both Curriculum and Administration) which fully supports teaching and learning and meets the changing needs of the school.

To assist the Network Manager in maintaining the school's network and ICT areas.  To support students, teaching and support staff in the use of ICT and other resources.

  1. To assist the Network Manager in server and network support, including monitoring network performance, CCTV, Access Control system and IP Phone system.
  2. To support the Network Manager with MIS/VLE and School Website.
  3. To assist the Network Manager in the maintenance of all computer hardware ensuring the effective use of all computer software.
