DRESS CODE

BISHOP STOPFORD’S SCHOOL SIXTH FORM DRESS CODE

As members of our Sixth Form, you are expected to set the standard for the rest of the school. You must be dressed appropriately for business and be clean and tidy at all times.

We expect students to wear the following:

Boys –        smart trousers, shirt and tie, shoes.

Girls –         skirt or dress of modest length or trousers; smart tops which maintain modesty and shoes. Leggings are only allowed if unpatterned and worn under a skirt or dress.

In addition, jumpers, cardigans or jackets may be worn.

Students must not wear trainers, jeans of any colour, leggings/treggings/jeggings, tracksuits, hoodies or hats in school.

No casual/slogan t shirts or short stretchy skirts are allowed.

Student ID cards must be worn at all times. If a student loses their ID card they must obtain and pay for a replacement.

Students will be sent home to change is they are inappropriately dressed.
