Dear Parents/Carers
I am writing to you regarding arrangements for Monday, 18th, Tuesday, 19th and Wednesday, 20th July (which is our last day, when we finish at 12.15pm), when we are expecting temperatures to be in the late 30s potentially 40 degrees Celsius.
With temperatures forecast to be so dangerously high, we have made the decision to send students home at 12.15pm on Monday, 18th, Tuesday, 19th and Wednesday, 20th July, (as scheduled) so that they are not in school or running around during the hottest part of the day and can be at home in the shade during the afternoon.
